Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hours notice or no show; No refund given.
Between 1 and 7 days notice; MCI reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the booing
Greater than 7 days notice; MCI reserve the right to refund the amount paid less a $15.00 administration charge.
This policy will take effect from the 12th of June 2014 and will apply to all new bookings from this date.
Health and Safety
A video will be shown and safety aspects explained prior to customers going on ice.
